If you know about guns you know u dont need a bumpstock to fire that fast. Much cheaper to use a rubber band. The case was more about atf overeach and less about bumpstocks.

The last time I checked the Government has been responsible for the most mass killings of citizens. Starting with Wounded Knee and winding up with the latest at Waco. And until the evidence is fully released about Las Vegas, I'm not too sure that one doesn't fall into the lap of the Government somehow.
I agree there should be a law but a law that has to be passed by the legislative branch of government not the executive branch like the ATF.
Well, the highest court in our country made a ruling. They have a tremendous knowledge of constitutional law under their belt….not sure about his CV, but I suspect it doesn’t entail a JD, a clerkship, an appointment to the SCOTUS after a rather intense vetting by congress..

A woke cop, Bumpstocks were around for a long while before this whole Vegas thing came up of which there is no proof he used them . I don't remember any mass shootings involving a bump stock either.
