  1. I've got one of the older kits with the brass collar that I've been using for close to ten years. I use it in conjunction with a Boonie Packer Better Mag Adaptor, so that I can run the conversion kit with S&W 15/22 mags. It has been awesome!

  2. I assembled my own dedicated 22lr upper a few years ago, I used the 9" barrel. Besides occasional bad 22lr round it runs great & is stupid fun! I've seen upgraded fireing pins & extractors made from a harder metal. But I haven't had any issues so I haven't tried them. Have you? Is your 22lr bcg still completly factory?

  3. I bought mine based on all of the good reviews. My experience has been terrible. Feed issues, casings getting stuck. Tried Winchester, CCI and Aguila. Also added the bore buddy and upgrade kit. In frustration I emailed CMMG customer service and never got a response. Bought a 10/22 and it runs flawlessly.

  4. I run one of these in an MCX and needed to buy an overpriced aftermarket part to be able to use my charging handle. I would love it if you guys sold an adapter for the MCX like you do for the dissent

  5. I have three conversion kits, these all work great with the old-style mags and the 22lr charging handle. Before replacing the new style, mags and adding the 22lr charging handle I could not go 10 rounds without one problem or another, it seems like the feed angle is different on those new mags.

  6. I installed a kit on my AR and really liked it. However, I decided I didn't want to shoot dirty 22LR in that gun. So, I bought a CMMG 22LR barrel and built a dedicated 22LR AR. I had to modify the adapter BCG to use with 22LR barrel. Easily done . That rifle shoots great! Thanks CMMG!

  7. I didn't know there was a probability of a jam using the standard charging handle. That hasn't happened to me in thousands of 22. But it's good to know. I love this adapter. It works perfectly fine with the ammo I have in a small 4" 1:7 5.56 upper works perfectly. The ammo I have doesn't shoot very accurate out of my 16" 1:9 dissipator upper.

  8. being that I'm a loser poor. I still cannot afford the CMMG .22lr conversion kit. and I absolutely want/need one, so bad that I would give my left _____ for one, and @52 I do "not" want anymore kids anyways. However I want the CMMG .22lr conversion.
