  1. He did not quote shoot up the neighborhood, He also did not calmly walk into the house. He ran like a bad out of hell, Am I defending him? absolutely not. He deserves to be in prison, but that old lady is twisting the narrative.

  2. It by design people it’s an excuse to heighten the crime rate for gun confiscations just to take law abiding citizens guns. Notice all these illegal switches filmed on here and atf do nothing but go to peaceful law abiding citizens homes and harass them but not the street thugs I see what’s going on

  3. Where is the gun? How did he get that gun? Who owns that gun? He commits a crime in DC and is sentenced by a DC magistrate to house arrest in MARYLAND? How is that legal? Begs the question did he bring that gun from Maryland into DC? Where did he live? DC or Maryland? What are all of the charges? Criminal resume in DC? How about Maryland? Since he is a TEEN – is it whose responsiblity is it to provide the judge with comprehensive criminal conduct history/record of this TEEN ? Is there such a law? Is there a motion to try him as an adult? He clearly wanted to kill someone. Were all of the bullets recovered? Damage to property? So many questions….

  4. What do you expect when a racial group refers to each other as 'brothers' basing ONLY on their skin color. Whiteys nor Asians are NOT their 'brothers'. And no one even dares to call them out.

  5. How in the world does a judge come to that decision? I would think a criminal history, his possession of a firearm and total willingness to use it and deciding if he is a possible danger to the public would be determining factors. I the last reason alone should be enough of a reason to keep him locked up.
