DIDN'T need balancing
I always add an inch to the overall length.
If you want analitical approach to this:
Sum of momentums on both sides of fulcrum must be zero.
Your rifle already cost 5k what’s a couple hundred more in weights to balance it out.
“Add a bunch of weight” everyone that has had to actually do the job and carry hundreds of pounds of rats,stano and water for days on end rolls their eyes.
Wouldn't you want a mag with rounds in it when doing this?

People spend thousands for a smooth light reliable gun. This guys adding weight to it so it's balanced.
Say I use a Remington 700 barrel. How much roughly does this whole setup cost?
