Decided to put these two top of the line Optics and their subsequent magnifiers through the paces in the environment that mostly resembles my Homefront if/where/when they would be used if the situation arrises. Both of these A1 optics are awesome choices and the Aimpoint would be my 1st choice in a SHTF world for the obvious reasons of durability, battery life and the ability to cover the front lens while the optic remaining operational. However, for the current situation, this EoTech fits the bill for me due to the reticle having 2 dots, how it excels under magnification and it plainly just making more sense if running .300 Blackout.
