Thanks for this information
So, can you correlate these rings to an actual issue under use? I mean make it (your argument) make sense. Please.
Anyone looking for a weapon mounted light needs to understand the difference between candela and lumens. A large candela will work better for long distance, if clearing a house, a high candela number is not the best option, even if the lumen amount is the same for both lights.
I dont plan on using a pressure switch
For a weapon light… the hlx pro or the tk20 and why?
I just want a push tail cap without the tape switch stuff
Does the HLX pro flicker if you drop to bolt like the original HLX?
Thanks for making this video. I’m gonna go ahead and order the streamlight Protac HL-x Pro
I've had my hlx Pro for probably close to 3 months. I've never noticed the rings. I'll look tonight when i get home.
My switch was loose also. I contacted Streamlight and they sent me a new tailcap and switch. The 2nd was much better.
I get the feeling by your ring comments that you would probably stare at the reticle of a red dot instead of the target.
Lol, it’s not that serious. If those rings will “mess you up” then you prolly have bigger problems.
