On Wednesday, the Senate Game & Fisheries Committee voted 7-4 to pass Senate Bill 67 to the Senate floor for a vote. The bill repeals restrictions on Sunday hunting, allowing Pennsylvania to join the overwhelming majority of states with no restrictions. Only two states, Massachusetts and Maine, completely ban Sunday hunting. Pennsylvania is one of six states with partial restrictions. Please use the take action button below and respectfully urge your Senator to vote YES on SB 67.

This legislation preserves Pennsylvania’s sporting heritage by allowing a whole new generation to share in its appreciation for hunting. With time being a precious commodity for working families, the younger generation has an opportunity to be introduced to hunting and begin their lifelong appreciation for conservation, wildlife, sporting heritage, and responsible gun ownership.

The bill now goes to the full Senate for a vote. Again, we urge you to contact your Senator and respectfully ask for a YES vote on SB 67. Continue to check your inbox and www.nraila.org for updates concerning your Second Amendment rights and hunting heritage.
