I'd call it a carbine even though it doesn't have a standard stock. However, I may be wrong. There are small firearms that will discharge .45 LC and .410 shotgun bore. Is it a pistol or is it a shotgun? It's both!

Imagine rather than be tyrants, the ATF did their initial job of just assisting FFLs and end-users, and focused on criminal violation rather than trying to make criminals of FFLs and end-users.
