  1. Damn, good job! Finally someone understands that no one needs semi automatic rifles or assault rifles. If you want to defend yourself, pistols do just fine. In Europe we have almost no gun crime, which is a direct consequence of gun control. Hopefully Americans will someday understand that the second amendment is very outdated, and no one needs so many guns

  2. I know some folk here aren't what I'd consider… Well… Smart, per se, but like, y'all do know that when you ban something, there's less of it, yeah?

This is a good thing, and y'all havent even found a half reasonable argument why it's not. "but duh second amendment!" you aren't obligated to purchase any weapon known to man. Why arent you upset about the banning of chemical weapons, by your logic, thats an infringement on your rights as an american, but conveniently, that hasn't been a problem.

"Buh-buh-buh- buh crimeinals will get illegal guns anyway! Because they're CRIMEINALS!!!" Ok. Yeah. Some will. Most crime, however, is spontaneous, spur of the moment, and brought on by desperation. Its also not done typically with an assault weapon anyway but the reduced availability will still mean there are less of them. Reduced availability means less crime done, to say anything else is like saying "There is no water in this entire state, but the crops grow just fine thanks to the bucket of water I carried 300 miles!"

  3. Yeah he did more than that. The bill made most semi-aiti rifles illegal as well as some pistols. It will be overturned, just like the one in California. They're almost word for word the same bill.

  4. Any law or any rule stated by any contract cannot be against Constitution, if it does then the one with the higher Hierarchy does apply which is Constitution, as long as you don't carry your AKs in public then I guess it's fine

  5. arms are weapons of war and that right has already been infringed upon. King county is going to realize soon they are not kings they are servants. not meant to rule but to govern. They fail at both….

  6. Suing a manufacturer of a good for user misuse of that good is like mandating all hands must be amputated because they could be used for malicious purposes.

When can we sue politicians for the consequences of their policies?

  7. Tell me you know nothing about firearms with out telling me also can Washington post define assault rifle cause last time i checked and ar15 is not a assault rifle and yes "the only use is to kill people* yep no one has ever use it for sport, for fun, for anything crazy how many millions of these guns exist must be some hella defects considered how many there is and they arent out here killing millions a day thats crazy remeber self defense doesnt count its murder either way if it did count Washington post wouldnt get a single stat right but just keep your bullshit with your changing of wording and never differences in what counts as a mass shooting and i can almost promise this co.ment will get deleted because remeber kids if your wrong the news will just delete your comment so they dont have to admit they are wrong
