Just received mine. Looks like the current version only have plastic tightening screws along the top, not all three sides.
Biggest problem is I don't have any builds planned right now to use it on and I'm fighting the urge to take the receiver extension off of one of my finished rifles… I don't want to have to re-stake it, though.
Question… has anyone ever looked for or sound plastic screws that fit that have larger knobs on the end? Mine are cranked down so tight that I can't loosen them by hand. Having a larger gripping surface to twist them might be a good idea for thew future…
Bought three of them, fantastic item. 2 in use, one for a Backup.
Thats the snizzit…i want one, please start making these, we need them
was the VC3 an experiment or something you'd suggest for particular applications?
Any update on this?
Have these hit the market is their any idea on how long until it’s out?
Hey Chad, any update on this since the upload? Looks like a home run product and I'd love to pick one up!
Any updates on this item
Is there ever going to be an update on this so we can find out the price and if we want, where to purchase?
Just seen this when will it hit the market ?
When will this be available?
I've had good success trying to clock the receiver extension opposite of the direction of turn when I go to torque it. It isn't much, and it took a bit of trial and error to figure it out but works well for me as a hobbyist.
Been a month since I last asked. Was wondering if there’s ever going to be any other information, ie, where to buy and price, for this product?
Any update on this? I’m ready to buy! Lol
Sign me up, and take my money!
Any chance you are taking deposits to get on a waitlist for this jig. Don’t want to miss out.
That seems like a really nice unit.
Keep checking this video for updates on where to buy. Any updates?
When's this coming out?
Came back to see if you updated and nothing yet. Have you heard anything yet?
Any idea when this will be for sale?
They should have made it so it snugs up on the wrench so it doesn’t slip off like when you use your geissele you always snug it up to your wrench.. they should have made like the back half inch on tracks where you could slide it back and fourth and then snug some screws down real quick and then unscrew to move back out to reposition your wrench.
Saw a possible price point on a forum of up to double the Geissele block…oof. My OCD is bad, but I don’t think it’s that bad 💩
Keep checking back each day lol. Any ETA on when it’s available?
Looks like a product improved Geissele reaction block. Pretty cool. Looking forward to finding out where I can grab one.
Excellent “piece o’ kit”…, nice fabrication work…
Thank you.
Where can I buy this?
I made something to accomplish this with two close-set vices using an extension jig and mag-well jig – this will be MUCH better. I want one! Can't wait to find out when it will be available. Probably pricey, but what isn't? Buy once, cry once.
I need one badly .
Why so much metal? The forces shouldn't be THAT much when tightening down to where that big brick of a thing is needed. I feel like the only tightening adjustments needed should be the top screws and a clamping system of some kind on the bottom protrusion of the extension. Removing those two big wings on the side should reduce production costs.
Nice!
Had to comment for the algorithm!
What about VC3 on gas block set screws?
This is nice – I might get one, but the whole situation is just another example of why I like UBRs so much…
I want one!
Neat
Great video. Brand loyalists lesson hobbyists chances of getting honest feedback from people who, in a lot of cases, have extensive experience with that brand's products , because they are so infatuated with a brand that they will never admit any issues with a product put out by them.
