I’m not seeing the whole story. Was anyone blocking their way to leave. I’m sure the comment section is full of folks who want to sound “cool” (meaning stupid), but there has to be more to this. Also to anyone saying that it’s a traffic accident and you can’t just leave then I’d would say due to the aggressive gentleman outside banging on my car window, I had no choice but to leave the scene and report to the local police department (after speaking to my attorney). Pretty much i won’t be dealing with any criminal courts in the long run.
