FightLite SCR // An AR-15 for Blue State Shooters

I’ve been asked about 1,000,000 times what rifle I’m painting in my “Paint Your Rifle the OG Way” video and how it can possibly function. Well its time for a feature video on the FightLite SCR. It’s another pretty cool option for those trapped behind the Granola Curtain or forced to live in any other Blue State who don’t want to dick around with the hassle of owning an AR-15. I think you’ll like the video. -OG

  1. This video would have been 5 minutes long if you would stop insulting people and telling us what comes in the kit/what we need to supply, and instead just showed how the thing works and what it is. It looks great and has applications for a lower profile, like with a ten round mag it would be slick. Just get to the point, no chit chat!

  2. Maybe I’m too late to ask- growing up in Madera County, we had access to a mini 14 that was 6” ish at 100 yards (ok I’m dating myself). Assuming most uppers are in the 1”-2” now, does changing the bolt change the accuracy? Is it much like a mini-14 in feel/weight? Drop in trigger or was it proprietary? Looked fun and made me reminisce about how much fun it is to plink away with a “regular “ rifle. Thanks for putting this one out.

  3. CA compliant. Useless POS. Move to a Free State if you want a real AR15. This rifle is an abortion to comply with unconstitutional CA gun laws.
California will just amend their gun laws to ban that rifle before next year.

  4. It’s a cool rifle. The 2nd gen ones are much nicer. Better triggers, wood furniture in multiple finish options. But unfortunately they stopped production years ago and I never see any on gun broker. Californians who bought them are holding onto them. I couldn’t even find one at above-retail.

  5. I'm doing a build on one of these lowers with a 7.62×39 upper. Kind of a modern americanized sks of sorts. I decided to go with a side charging upper so I had to drill a hole and get it tapped.
