So are braces "legal" or not for basic citizens? So much bs back and forth its confusing.
What happens when the executive branch flatly defies the judicial branch? Is there a remedy at law or does it require some kind of action by citizens?
How non law makers are able to make laws is beyond me. Hell “lawmakers” have no clue what they are doing. Just know your laws.
This only helps with winning at trial or on appeal if the defendant doesn't run out of money. The ATF actually obeying a judicial order or the rule of law would be unusual these days.
I think I missed something, why do these injunctions only protect members of FBA and NAGR? Why isn't the general population also covered?
How about fines snd jail time for bureaucrats that vreak actual laws?
