This light has a nearly constant home clipped to my front pocket. It was easy to get it programmed the way I like it, it's the right size, good light output, excellent beam size/throw and I know I can ALWAYS find a battery I can use it it. If SHTF, this will be what's in my pocket or bag. It's also the one EDC light that I will be looking to get one or two more just so I can be sure to have them in multiple locations.
now that's a great light! this light hasn't met a battery it doesn't like You can run CR123, AA,AAA, 14500, and 10440 batteries this that light.. I wish streamlight would upgrade the led for higher lumen and keep the candela high. Ten tap? just rapidly half press the switch 9 times and hold it down on 10 and you see the next mode. I have mine set to high, strobe, low there are a couple other options
Nice little EDC light, especially with the option to use AA in a pinch.
