I lost the use of my left arm in a motorcycle accident and had purchased a B & T APC9K Pro along with a collapsible tail hook brace all of which were legal purchases. I have OVER $3000 in the gun between the gun itself, the brace and the sights.
Without the brace the gun is completely useless to me. Completely. Who is going to reimburse me my $3000 now??

If we’re being technical almost gun regulations are unconstitutional because the constitution states “ a well regulated militia , being necessary to the security of a free state the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed upon. “ the reality is our entire process infringes on our right as Americans to keep and bear arms . If I have to apply for a weapon license and can be denied that right , then my right is in fact being infringed upon .

World hunger, rising debt, overrun at the borders and general quality of life in United States is so bad that civil unrest is in motion in all major city's. And they are worried about a plastic pistol brace in a rifle that shoots semi automatic. The same government with drones, nukes, tanks, MRAPs, 50s, Apaches and top of the line satellites and laser guided JDAMs. They care about a pistol brace on a semi automatic firearm. Yeah seeing big issue here stay frosty patriots

and this is almost ENTIRELY MEANINGLESS. The ATF violated the Administrative Procedures Act (APA). SO WHaT? Now they'll just propose the same rule they made final in this case, and pass it. They want our guns. They will HAVE our guns, constitution be damned!

So… they give us, the people, a swift 120 days to comply or else while they get to take their SWEET time and spend millions to decide on a pretty straightforward yes or no decision.
