Streamlight are the best damm lights made
My Microstream also started flickering. I thought it was due to it being 3 years old while being banged up all day. Well, that sucks that your much newer Macrostream is flickering too.
Cool review. I have a macrostream and I like it i wish it was more spotlight but it's good. FYI if you use a 10440 battery in the I3T you'll get 50 lumens low and 550 lumens high. Or the streamlight protac 1L-1AA 350 lumen with a CR123A battery.
