I wanted to share the process for adding a new scope to a shotgun for deer/turkey hunting, and sighting it in with a laser bore sight.

Love my 930 Slugster. Not one deer has ever escaped my crosshairs if I decide to put it on it. I shoot browning bxs 12 ga sabots. Love this combo. Even my younger brother who has never deer hunted before got his first deer with never shooting my gun.

So here is a tip i learned. Once you have shot your selected slugs in at the range and are happy with it, put the laser sight back in and take a picture with your smart phone and measure how high/low & left/right you are. Then when you want to quick check you scope, just load the laser and double check your saved measurements.
