If I get a stripped AR- 15 lower for a carbine or a mid length. Will it work on both?
Same brand for lower and upper. One says Carbine length M4. The other is Midlength. Both are 16"

so I would think since whether or not you purchase a complete rifle lower or pistol lower they both are listed on the atf form as OTHER so you could legally build a pistol with that rifle lower as long as you originally build a pistol and not a rifle. Am I right?

Man I wish they had a shop in Washington state. No judging or belittling. I was raised in Louisiana around guns but when I go to the shop out here it takes every ounce of my being not to tell off the guys at the shops out here when talking to new guys.
The NFA needs to go. Or at least remove SBRs from the law.
