Why we have to comply w a tyrannical agency
It's more practical to leave the upper intact and the pistol tube as a kit.
The extra cost is an upper with parts $65 , ohunt handguard $40, and a flash $15. It adds to the resale value as well. Even a 300 blackout short light barrel would make a nice pistol.
I live in a state where we can not convert to a pistol, sbr or rifle. We have the "other". So our hands are tied 😆👍

Do you know if anyone makes components to build a 7.62 Tokarev PCC AR? I'd love to make a PCC out of one of those PPS43 pistols, but nobody is making them that I know of.
Just order a $250 complete upper from Palmetto state armory and a magpul stock.
