  1. Have a buddy who’s first AR15 is from Palmetto. Took it to the range and it was failing to extract. Tried a few things then determine he needed to reach out to their customer support. They immediately asked him to ship it back (they provided a shipping label). When he got it in his hands again, it worked like a charm. Great customer service indeed. I have bought many items from Palmetto as well.

  2. All the cool stuff I can’t buy in Massachusetts. It really kills me that PSA won’t ship to us. If my kids weren’t so happy I would move in a heartbeat

  3. their customer service is garbage. the only option you have is calling, you sit on hold for 45 minutes, and then you have to wait forever to get your money back. I had a lower that never shipped because they decided they aren't friendly with my state and I had to wait 3 weeks for money back on an item that never even left their warehouse.

  4. Okay I remember a few weeks ago you debut a custom lower by PSA and you mentioned it would be good for 300 BO or 7.62×39.However my issue is I’m not sure which should be my first AR,whether I should go standard 5.56 or 300 BO which would you recommend?

  5. just and FYI because of Washington State being completely stupid trying to pass draconian AWB things are flying off the shelfs and PSA is priority shipping everything to WA residents first. I'm in WA and my items are now getting shipped within 3 or 4 days and it usually takes 10 or 12 business days. Give em grace when ordering us Washingtonians only have so much time left to buy what we need.

  6. Hey there. I like your deals notification. I got a PSA Dagger upper and lower separate. I shot my Dagger for the first time. In the middle of the second magazine, the trigger locked back on me. I call to get it fixed but got the runaround. They said I need to go online for a warranty. It is a problem. You have any suggestions.

  7. I have an upper from a small company called "picketts mill armory" it's comparable in price and seems to me based on mine that they are decent quality. Mine came with a 223 wylde barrel with ff handguard also. So far its been perfect. I don't see much about them online but my experience with them is literally perfect. Just food for thought. Would love to see info about them from a tuber

  8. I'm looking at buying my second PSA rifle right now, and then I saw the title for this video and thought "maybe he can sell me a different rifle". Then I click on it to find out it's a PSA upper 😂😂. Thanks for reinforcing my decision.

  9. I buy a lot from PSA and had my first issue with one of their uppers. CS is NOT where it needs to be in my opinion. I filled out their warranty return and never heard anything back. About 6 days later I went to their forum and finally got some help after 4 days. Total of 10 days I got an RMA. They received it on the 16th of last month. I'm now 36 days total and only response I've had is " our lead times are 30 to 45 day turnaround". They've had it 26 days. Depending on if the only count business days I'm looking at possibly 2 months or more to get it back. So…… Warranty work is NOT a fast process. Oh yeah the upper was 2 months old in the beginning!! This is the only issue I've ever had with their products.

  10. awesome content great review: I am a big fan of PSA and BCA . you want to hear something ("pathetic and sad") I'm an older feller, in my early 50's, on forced retirement with a sh*t fixed income and I still cannot afford what influencers, & firearms manufacturers calls budget and affordable. even though they are reasonably priced. I just cannot afford it. now isn't that ("sad and pathetic")

  11. I bought a Davidson defense rifle installed a drop in trigger but have not had time to shoot it enough to say anything about it. I see mixed reviews and lot of "bad" reviews deal with customer service issues for shipping.
Anyone else run a Davidson defense?

  12. My first gun was an AR 15 10.5 inch barrel 5.56 by PSA. From the start it didn't eject every few rounds or would sometimes double feed. Bunch of weird things. Would have to mortar clear it. I didn't know what to do since I was a gun noob. Finally sent it back in. Turns out PSA sent me a gun with a loose gas block. I've always held a grudge against PSA for that. I've bought like 5 BCA uppers and all of them work out the box. Just saying.

  13. Hey @704tactical, will you be doing a video on the Sabre line that PSA released. I already want to pick one up eventually, but I'd enjoy a video about them or a review. Maybe forged vs billet option. Thanks for all the great content and deals. Happy shooting brother.

  14. I’ve been buy PSA since 2008 .. but if I’m going to spend under 750$ I say Ruger MPR man what a solid trigger bolt accurate. PSA doing some great things! Their quality control has gone down with more customers to deal with

  15. By far, smokes Up The Creek Bear…Im N.C. born n raised, but S.C. PSA rules for banging for the buck.
Yes, I can build better for similar price, IF I can wait for rock bottom component sales by a half dozen sources.
PSA's closed ear AR15 lowers are highly recommended. All in all, great quality and good accuracy.
