you don't have to be in P (programmable) mode to set the iso. Also, the FN (Function) button is customizable so it may not always be set as the ISO option.

Quality of images from the Coolpix P1000 is EXCELLENT! It's a terrific versatile nature photography cameraㅋㅋ>justu.faith/NikonCOOLPIX?ㅡ What is most impressive is it's astral-photography capabilities. The Moon setting is a nice touch that enables mind-blowing close-up captures of the Moon and planets.

hello! thanks for this video. I have been looking for easy to follow how-to's for the P1000. Im grateful to have found your channel! I want to try astrophotography and now Im on my way. was having a heck of a time trying to figure iso and manual focus mode out. I will check the rest of your videos and thanks again for a straight forward easy to follow instruction
