The problem is Demokkkrat puppets that own guns and some how still vote Demokkkrat will run and comply with their masters. This is also entrapment and don't see how you can be charged.
I’m really at a point where I don’t know how to make heads or tails out of this. On one hand, millions of Americans have registered SBR’s and suppressors anyways. You’re on their radar already. They have a list and we’ve been willingly placing ourselves on it for years. Registration isn’t the goal for them (I know it’s a big picture goal, I mean it’s not the goal of this particular issue). I think the goal is to get us under their thumb and find how far they can push this nonsense. If they get away with mass compliance of this ruling they can arbitrarily make gun laws at will. It sets a precedent for them. I don’t think their goal or plan is to take enforcement action against people who comply and file a form 1 like other big names have said. They don’t have the manpower for that. I think if they get enough compliance it’ll give them ammunition to pursue non-compliant individuals and they will do so by cherry picking someone who can’t afford to, or doesn’t have the connections to defend themselves in court. That court case will help them set legal precedent.

Yes, most gun owners are just mouth pieces. Can't even get them to send a e-mail to our reps. So our days are numbered on what guns we can have, ultimately leading to a fraction of owners that we have today. Mark my words.
I knew people on the Bundy Ranch standoff (and Malheur Wildlife Refuge standoff) on both sides- what I can say is that they (the farmers) were vastly unprepared for what they were up against. The FBI and NSA had activated insane assets for those incidents- I'm talking armed strike drones orbiting the refuge amount of assets- and thousands of government personnel on scene. They used the local school (Burns) as their command center- and it became a fortress. Someone I know walked into the local bar with a fed friend of his (neither of them were wearing any identifying articles) and the room went silent. All ~20 people in there were non-uniformed officers and agents of several government agencies. We've got to be careful- and employ as much secrecy and excellence in our preparedness- that and our mobilization. Train hard boys- because we might just be needing it.

If you read the entire rule you will find that they really wont allow you to form one just any pistol. It is restricted if the pistol was imported or was not originally sold with the brace the form one will be denied and they will come looking for you and your evil gun

On the CBS NEWS in Tulsa and Northeast Oklahoma this evening… shortly after 6PM CST… my wife came in the shop while I was working… and told me that The Tulsa, Pawnee, and Osage County Sheriff's all have given statements that they would not be ENFORCING THE BATF'S WAR AGAINST " BRACES ". THEY WENT ON TO SAY " OR ANY OTHER rule THAT IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL, AND FOR THAT MATTER ANY BATF RULES AT ALL "
That is how it was related to me, while in the middle of machining a new billet folder prototype… so the exact wording is maybe a word or two, misheard as to her exact comment, but my wife doesn't deal in falsehoods or rumors ( that is as close as I can remember… it is now 5 minutes after 2 am, and the short conversation was around 7pm last night).
It definitely reinforced my pride and respect for several of our exceptional LAW ENFORCEMENT LEADERS… in Oklahoma State… I am absolutely positive that more will join that list… yessir/ yes ma'am … the ones who watch OUR collective backs… Thank you all!
