Milled out buffer tube to show what the spring and buffer are doing at 1000FPS. 4 rounds in semi auto suppressed on a lead sled. 8″ CMMG RDB barrel and BCG. Standard carbine buffer installed and standard power carbine spring (White Sprinco). Note that this configuration functioned fine when shoulder fired. It would jam when firing from the lead sled.

c3junkie, i saw your page on the CMMG RDB and i have a question. I want to make a barrel that is compatible with the 16" barrel and BCG i have but my 16" barrel does not have a standard M4 barrel extension but you say yours does? If that works, I could make one from a blank as I have not been able to find an extension like the one on my barrel.
Im up to at least 1500 now in this configuration. Mostly suppressed. No ejection issues
