Depending on if the Biden Administration wants a quite rollout or another “spike the football in their face” moments, it could be any day now when the rule drops. I took your advice, sort of. Instead of a pinned and welded 6 inch muzzle device, I switched to a 14.5 inch barrel and pinned and welded 2 inch flash hider. It's only a little longer and now I can have a real stock.
It would be like GMC coming to to you and wanting to see your car and then telling you it's illegal and they take it from you. And put you in jail for it. You bought it out right it was legal then so why is it illegal now. Help me understand why.
They can't make law. So this rule is not a law and until then I'm not going to comply. They have no right to just change their minds anytime they want. So as soon as all you figure this out the the better we all will be.
It's all endless bullshit stalling. They',ve been playing these same dodge and swing stalling games for years. We',,re into 5;years since Saint Benitas declared the "assault weapons" and mag ban unconstitutional and even an additional rulling from SCOTUS that enforces that rulling and people are still suing for the right to exercise the rights that were already chiseled in stone as rights.Im 80 years old and have been listening to this bullshit since the 60s. The government NEVER gives back anything it takes from us. No exception. And they have never had the authority to grant or take any of our rights.

They can shove the rule its hypocritical and unconstitutional. they have no authority to make laws, especially seeing as how AFT ruled for years that these braces were legal and that they are PISTOLS and were sold as such by big gun companies. Start friggin fighting back and strike this unjust law down in court! the only reason they are doing this is because these firearms are so popular and AFT isnt making any money off of them. its BS!
The Government is going to need to spend billions of dollars building a new prisons across the country to put citizens in who won’t comply with tyranny. I guarantee there will at least be 1 million people who will not comply with this. Right now the infrastructure is not there to incarcerate that many more people.

I am all for not infringing but lets be real. If it was designed to allow disabled people to participate then why not call it what it is. trying to get around the NFA. They dont care about safety, they care about the money they are losing out on. But lets not sit here and get pissed that we got caught out for trying to dodge the sbr rules. be glad we got away with it as long as we did. Im all for fighting for the principal reason of not to infringe but none of you were using braces 10 plus yrs ago unless you were disabled. You used them to get around paying that stamp and being on the radar. This is just more distraction from stuff that actually matters, like child sex trafficking and that jeffery epstein list is nowhere to be found.

Is it true that this B.S. law does not apply to pistols that were purchased as an upper and a lower separately?
What if the ATF sends a notice on a firearm that was sold? Can they get a warrant to search your residence? Aslo, how do they know if someone owns one unless they have an illegal registry?

If one were to choose to go the SBR route and file a form 1, do you think there would be any grace period or other dispensation prior to being approved and issue the stamp? I’m assuming that there will be some increased filing volume (no matter how few) so the wait times can only get worse, likely exceeding the 180-day period prior to the rule going into effect. If we were to fully comply with the rule as written, should we destroy braces to avoid any appearance of constructive intent, even if we have the paperwork pending? Thanks you WK! Keep fighting the good fight with good old fashioned facts and information.

Can those who already possess a legal SBR, just move the pistol brace upper over to the registered SBR, now having a legal SBR with 2 uppers? This leaves a pistol lower that can be used for any rifle upper, hopefully a rifle upper the SBR owner already has.
Why is the NFA NOT ABOLISHED? According to the Supreme Court, commonly used arms cannot be banned, short barrel rifles and shotguns, suppressors, machinguns are all IN COMMON USE! A right can't be taxed! So NFA UNCONSTITUTIONAL! Everyone please send this to your House and Senate Representatives!
They can go ahead and pass whatever “law” they want, but I won’t be giving up a damn thing. I don’t recognize rules or “laws” from an agency that is 1) unconstitutional to begin with, and 2) has ZERO legislative authority. The ATF needs to be wrangled in and needs to be reminded that they’re not a legislative body. Therefore, whatever they attempt to impose on the American people means absolutely nothing to me!
Using the term "drop" is misleading.. do you mean go away or be implemented? He means drop as in get implemented on a Friday before Xmas 2022.
Ive seen this asked but noone has given an answer. How do you think they plan to track down braced pistols that were purchased as other receivers then built at home? I know someone that may have purchased knock off sba3s from a hardly known source and installed them on 2 receiver's that were purchased as other weapons. I suppose this person can just go about business as usual because he shoots on private property and noone but his immediate family and friends know that such a weapon even exists.
