Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the critical difference in what data the ATF might possess in relation to an AR Pistol that was purchased, as is, in its final AR Pistol configuration, versus the same firearm that was built from a lower receiver. In anticipation of AR Pistol Amnesty Registration, many have asked how likely is it that ATF ends up knocking on doors and asking to see firearms for inspections. Further, how could they find you? Learn more about the data that they may already have and what that means to you. Arm yourself with education today.

  1. when an agency starts making laws they dont have authority to make and those laws infringe on constitutional rights, then it dont matter how well we follow them, they will find a way to criminalize us. we are the only ones playing by the rules. This is why we have been railroaded into excepting so many infringements as is. tyranny dont happen over night, its been a process for a long time. tyranny dont care about the open comments time frame, its simply to make us feel like our voice is heard. At some point, they are going to for law abiding G owners to either surrender, or truly exercise their 2A right for its intended purpose. yes we are still a ways off from this, but this is the goal they are aiming to hit.

  2. This is what happens when you don't follow the 2nd Amendment as written. There is NO (BUT) at the end of our 2nd Amendment saying we need tyrants or dictator's permission or to be forced by fearmongering, guilting or forcing people to pay to use a right. Time to wake up and read your constitution and Bill of Rights. Once they have got your 2nd Amendment you won't have any other rights. The 2nd Amendment isn't just for self defense, but to protect ALL the rights in the bill of rights. Without it you have nothing. They make a copy of the constitution called Constitution for dummies (This book makes it easy to understand your rights without all the mumbo jumbo) In a nutshell stop buying infringement's and stand up for your rights as they are written. Definition Inalienable rights: Can't be given away nor can they be taken away.

  3. First Question is: Why or how is the ATF, a Federal Government Agency, in receipt of any firearms sales information ? This information should be kept at the state level, hence preventing a National Firearms Registry which is currently illegal. Please advise as to what I am missing here…

  4. yeah…but this video is assuming the ATF has been illegally copying / keeping 4473s from FFLs thus creating a unlawful firearms registry in which to source this information…… oh, wait….. never mind….

  5. I’ve dealt with the ATF and NFA firsthand after my father died, owning a suppressor and an SBR. Those people don’t have a clue and they’re not organized enough to come to your house and seize your weapons.

  6. I bought a stripped lower from an FFL in 2022. When the guy did the paperwork he asked if it was going to be a pistol. At the time I hadn't decided yet what I would use the lower for so I had him put down pistol, just in case. I thought it was weird that he had to ask me what it was intended for.

  7. Yeah I got rid of my 8" FX-9 with SBA3 just last month, even if the SBA3 doesn't become banned it will still have shouldering issues that I want nothing to do with. I tried using the pistol brace as intended (strapped to my right arm) and that gun was just a bit to heavy to actually one arm dependably…..

It's sad indeed but it's my decision and I don't have the money, time or power to fight it. That's the real truth

  8. I’m looking for the item? Paperwork? Orders? Law written and voted and signed by people or person that has given the authority and power to enforce legally all the things I see the ATF doing to say this is a valid and legal law for a rule? Random decision? Made by who or how within the ATF.
Basically a “who died and made you the boss of everything concerning firearms and these random rules “that are not laws to me.
I can’t find anything in the government’s website and regulations to show when and what to let them do this crap.

Anyone know where to find this information? I’m not having any luck with this search beyond seeing another gov agency that has overstepped its authority and boundaries listed in the constitutions amendments of limited government powers. This making something illegal when the basis of our nations laws are directly tied to the constitution.
It looks as if a nerdy poque who is afraid to touch a firearm just throws darts at a number and says it’s the law or go to jail when you own something that’s expressively said is a basic human right to have.
I appreciate the definitions and breakdown of what the paperwork Says. It is hard to not ignore the convoluted details placed on a confusing narrative of a apparent attempt to have people make mistakes so the atf can say whatever it wants to justify its actions.

It’s not hard to see from what I wrote above how many unnecessary words have been said to explain this. I’ve heard the argument of any laws stopping citizens from owning firearms is illegal. I used to just think nothing about the first ban in 36? 38? Now I’m sure it’s illegal and needs to go away. Enough with this belief every letter needs to have a examination to give its meaning authority over the actual amendment.

  9. Thank you for taking the time to get us this information. Again how was the ATF able to do this in light of the supreme Court latest rulings? Does this ATF rule past the supreme Court ruling of the one step approach? Help me to understand. Thank you very much

  10. You know the gun industry will find a way to circumvent this. Perhaps a new type of buffer tube thats milled in the shape of a brace/stock..?

  11. All unconstitutional. Ever seen the (BUT) or the part of the 2nd Amendment that says must pay tyrants and yes men in order to use our 2nd Amendment? Nope me either. Bad days to be an unconstitutional yes man for a tyrannical buck.

  12. Or you can turn your pistol into a pistol. You forgot that option. Pistol buffer tubes (obviously without a brace) will still be legal. This is worst case of course, assuming this ruling doesn't get blown away in court.

  13. So here's the million dollar question.
If atf shows up to your house without a warrant and demands to see said firearms and they try to force their way in does anyone as a law-abiding American citizen have the right to act in self defense against the thieves/atf?

  14. You should do a video on the "ex post facto" aspect of this situation. By the ATF just rewriting the rules, 20 years after the fact, they are creating an ex post facto situation. The US Constitution forbids ex post facto laws. Surely there is a case to be made here from that perspective. What do you say?

Also, what makes a short barreled rifle an illegal weapon? It says shall not be infringed. I doesn't say "unless 16" or shorter." The whole concept of making one weapon illegal over another is ridiculous. They are all bearable arms. AFAIAC, a mini-gun is a bareable arm (if you can lift it, it's bareable.) That should be the only distinction.
