  1. I don't see a need for a weapon light for CCW. I'm not out clearing houses, etc.. Good for the ranch or my property for a bump in the night but while out? I have a handheld. Just too bulky & I want my gun concealed

  2. Like your video. I do disagree though on ease of the switch. Mayne they upgraded, but I have very average size hands. I am about 5'11" and weigh around 155. I can draw one handed and reliably activate the light with my index finger before I have the gun up.

  3. I had s streamlight tlr6 on my glock 23. And it was a decent light for home defence. But not of general everyday carry. But the new tlr8a flex. And it was the ultimate good concealed carry weapons light. But after changing out the high switch for the low switch which was included. And made a good light into a great light. And the lumens are bright enough for a defensive handgun because. Any thing longer than 500 lumens and 5000 candela and your useing the wrong weapon. And that's why I have streamlight protac hkcd on my ar9 which is my primary home defensive weapon and on my ar15 carbines for the ability to have the illumination to reach out to a longer distances. And 1000 lumens and 27000 candela with the HLX protac is enough for any defensive situations I might face. And with the new streamlight extreme with 2700 lumens and I haven't heard the amount of candela as of yet. But it should be significantly enough for extended range engagements. And I'll admit I'm completely satisfied with the tlr8a and the protac HLX. A excellent light great illumination indefinitely able to identify threat at extended distance. And yes there are better weapons lights out there. But for the price point and the preformance for pratical situations I might face. The streamlight series of weapons mounted lights fill my needs for pratical use. And I'm not advocateing these lights because everyone has different needs. But for a great weapons mounted defensive line of lights. Streamlight fits my needs well.

  4. I don’t know if you’ll ever see this comment but the TLR 7 A did exactly what you said and the button couldn’t be easier to press. I would love to see you try this review again with the updated version.

  5. OK. So there's a one in a 100k or even a million chance you have to activate the light with your trigger finger. Get over it. You've so sterile. Yes, this is old but you've still sterile.

  6. I like it… it did take me some practice to hit the switches with consistency. I have this on my Glock 23 and the inforce on the Glock 19… I'm happy with both. The 23 is my home defense and I do like the laser and bright light.

  7. I got some of those ets mags and that loader from palmetto State the other day for a "his and hers" AR9 set I built for my wife and I. They're awesome! Blew through 500 rounds in like, 15 minutes 😲🤑… Takes no time to load AND unload lol. Love all your videos so far man, and some have directly influenced my builds… Probably for the better because our setups are like butter! Keep it up!

  8. I have a holster made for a tlr-7 but I'm thinking of getting a tlr-8.
Does anyone know if they (tlr-7 and tlr-8) will fit in the same holster? And no, not at the same time, lol.
Thank you in advance. I have searched but found no definitive answers.
