I just received my switch through Optics Planet and I must have gotten the older model because my switch for the ProTac HL- X took A LOT of force to fit in the mount. Do I have to do through Optics Planet to remedy this or do you guys have a customer service department that handles things like this? Because while I like the mount, I don’t want to risk my switch. And will just go with the Shaffer M-Lok mount if I can’t remedy this…
Any planes to make an IR head for the REIN or OWL like the surefire vampire models? Like if I could just change the head on those models without buying a whole new unit.
