An oldie but goodie, the Schrade Tactical Survival pen may still is one of the better tactical pens on the market.

That whistle is a huge plus compare to most tactical pens. I’m still rockin the blackscout tactical pen and never leave home without it. Also Jack with BS has a video showing how to make your own stainless steel pen using a couple of others for a great tactical pen. I made one and keep that for backup.
