  1. Who else has had cheap parts fail them?? This is why we test our gear on the range and not ASSUME things will just work when we need them to. We are all about testing and trying different things especially if they're cost effective. However, when it comes to something you will be using to protect your life or the life of others it is better to do your own research and find reputable companies that have a track record for being reliable. Once you get the setup you're after..TRAIN, TRAIN, TRAIN!!!

  2. I'm building one ordered every last component off of wish and every last piece came from the same place in Wuhan China if it's bad enoughI'm going to take it four blocks down the street to the post office I'm going to mail it to that guy who does the curse gun images and say here is a curse gun with curse word's crudely carved in there I'm a former oportor US Army veteran let's see if we can manufacture it into modularity operator compatible 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I was able to do a CVA Scout I put a picatine rail on 3 places and a Foward combat grip that drops into a bipod all modular adaptive accessories cost more than gun and I put a ridiculous $3,000 night optic on there but that CVA muzzleloader modular operator compatible I have no idea why I operator would need a muzzleloader but hey I design one and I might break the thing back out to thread the barrel so it can fit a silencer why would you use a silencer I don't know but it can do that

  3. You mentioned that you had a Diamondback that you swapped a charging handle out of to finish this. How do you like the Diamondback? I just picked up a DB15 upper for a good deal but haven't had a chance to shoot it yet.

  4. Ive had that exact same charging handle for years and it runs like a champ. I see the exact same ones in stores and online for 5x what I paid. With Wish.com, it's a roll of the dice. In my experience, I save more than I waste. I've bought some junk from wish……but as far as my AR parts go, they have been solid. You go wrong when you get into things that have moving parts. I have a charging handle, an end plate with ambidex sling hooks and a foregrip from Wish……and that probably saved me well over $100.

  5. Their motto should be: "I WISH this gun didn't suck."
Right now is a bad time to be getting into ARs. The budget options are hard to find and prices are stupid. If you want a budget option for an improved charging handle put a Strike Industries extended latch on a standard mil-spec charging handle. I find that works reliably. It's not at "just as good" as my BCM charging handles but it is reliable and inexpensive.

  6. I put together a budget build in January of this year and came out to $450 with some cheap iron sights. It runs very well, and was honestly just trying to see how cheap I could go for the build. I didn’t buy anything from wish though, Delta team tactical, joe bob outfitters, right to bear, were my go to for almost everything.

  7. Pre built lower pistol and a flat top upper with no assist and no dust cover are out there and not too spendy. Find a barrel you can afford and handguard. FYI dont do this like building up a jeep. Dont buy a pricey pistol then keep rebuilding it. You should be able to find an Aero or Anderson pistol lower for 200 to 250 and a built up upper for 300 and up. And hell use a 40 dollar red dot. Or start with flip up metal sights. A reliable weapon with metal sights is better than none and a mid range red dot. Dont stretch your finances and then realize you can only afford 20 or 40 rounds of very hard to find ammo. As of 7/2020 i d suggest a 9mm pistol. You can find that ammo in quantity right now. 556…..i built mine up from scratch and now have untested unknown rifle and 40 rounds of ammo. 556 is very hard to find any.
