House Votes To Pass Assault Weapons Ban

We the people according to our second Amendment now have the right to physically remove 217 politicians from our government load up your weapons go to D.C.and get rid of these politicians our government does not have the man power to stop us time to get these Communists our of our government forever they have declared war on us buy doing this and our second Amendment gives us the right to remove them from office how ever we have to do it thats why we have weapons and a second amendment to legal remove them by force

Country missed the whole point on the assault weapons ban. I can tell you to expect many more mass shooters. They will not go by the law and get their guns, weapons, or whatever, on the black market. The cartel will see a great opportunity to supply weapons by black market, just like they peddle drugs. The only people you really hurt are the law abiding gun owners. Mainstream American gun owners. They will no longer be there to serve the purpose of a 2nd Amendment Militia. Our enemies no longer carry muskets. They carry fully automatic weapons with 30 – 100 shot magazines. But their guns are not the issue. It is the torture, organ donations, and genocide that they will apply to your grandchildren in this generation or future generations. Essentially you have just ended your family bloodline. Can't win against an invader with kitchen knives or 6-shot revolvers. Bet on it, America will eventually be invaded. If you think our 1.8 million military can protect 400 million people in every town, and city, you must be smoken a whole of dope, or taking fentynal. I can take it or leave on the gun issue, but I sure wish I, or my grandkids had a fighting chance at saving their lives against an invader.

I often find it amusing that our lords think they can pass laws choose to ignore them whenever it pleases them and then expect anyone else to respect anything they've written. It's arrogant, pompous, and quite hypocritical and I for one care not for thier unjust laws.

My uncle had a whole cabinet full of "assault weapons" at one point. He unfortunately lost them all in a TRAGIC and unfortunate boating accident on Lake GoFuckYaself near the small town of GetFuckedBud.

I just watched a video where Congressman David Cicilline tried arguing that a pistol arm brace along with the spring in a buffer tube essentially functions just like a bump stock. To anyone familiar with anything he was talking about knows that is verifiably false and not even in the ballpark of truth, yet that's what they are basing their legislation and arguments on.
Their entire arguments for gun control are based on VERIFIABLE LIES!! LOL

Guys, no matter what "laws" there are, no matter what the ATF or DOJ says – you have the natural born right to own and carry any/all arms. The F'ng resellers and gun stores/manufacturers are not supposed to obey any unconstitutional laws. Look up the "Supremecy Clause" – it states that any "law" that violates the Constitution is VOID.

We should all be filing legal complaints and injunctions against anyone who violates the Constitution!

Every single person who voted for the ban needs to be investigated for treason. They are expected to uphold their oath! The Constitution supersedes all state and federal law, and simply proposing this bill is illegal. Since they voted to pass it, it is still illegal, irregardless of it still needing to go through the senate. It is unconstitutional. The second amendment bans government from infringing on our right to keep and bare arms. Also meaning, they don’t get to decide what we can and can not have. It is set up this way so that in the need of a true governmental reset, the people have the ability to equally fight against a tyrannical government. Plus a major need to know for most of you. The reason why Washington DC is not a state, why they are ferociously trying to change that, they are technically a foreign territory, & In the event of a tyrannical situation, Americans are not committing treason by stepping over the border into DC to execute the contingency plan our forefathers put into place. They know this, hence the constant attacks. Folks, it is very important to know your own history so it can not be repeated. Plus an excellent reason to never fully go digital on history books. Harder to hide the history, or erase it. I hope we can simply arrest and put in jail every single one of those committing treason, and not need the forefathers contingencies.

It's not a bill on a ban of so-called "assault rifles"! It's a ban on handguns and shotguns all included in the bill. That's right, handguns that law abiding citizens bought to protect themselves and their family will be banned nationwide from concealed carrying IF this bill passes. "Rights" as defined by this country's beautifully written Bill of Rights, are given to us by God (or nature, if you prefer).

The Second Amendment states "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the RIGHT of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

These "rights" weren't given to us by the government, so where do they get the power to take any rights away from law-abiding citizens? When they accept the position that they were voted to assume, they swear an oath to protect and uphold the Constitution of the United States. These laws are nothing other than "infringement" that will only leave the already law-abiding citizens defenseless in times of danger. Anyone who things that this will hinder someone who is already set on committing these horrific acts is both delusional and naive. Look at the statistics, and you will see that the ban of '94 had no affect on these violent crimes. This will be no different. It gives people that are too ignorant or ill-informed some false sense of "progress", rather than attacking the real issue that is plaguing society: declining mental health.

Passing this law is not going to make the estimated 20-50 million semiautomatic weapons magically disappear. And the so-called "buy-back" grant that they are approving to compensate those few individuals that will actually be willing to utilize that avenue is all tax-payer funded. So, we're buying our guns back from ourselves?…at a fraction of the value in most, if not all, cases.

It matters not how you look at this bill, it is an unconstitutional disaster.

Great so the people who obey the law will for sure be defenseless against multiple intruders / people who don't obey the law with guns. Step 1 Scare the people into giving their rights away. Lie to them about how much safer it will be without guns and that you can rely on a 911 phone call that will take to much time for them to arrive . Cause if someone is banging at you door how much time do you have to barricade the door before they get inside to harm you and your babies .
