  1. IM also looking at this one ,how do you guys like the performance of it now that you've had it awhile, I also looked at a DD today the v7 ,but dang the price. Thanks for your input on this Iwi

  2. Bolt the M16 design? Need to review mine, hadn't noticed. Got a Tony-The-Tiger G-R-E-A-T deal at $719 shipped on my Z15. Fantastic features/qua;ity. Z15 is the deal of the lot. X95 and T7 somewhat higher priced, but still a solid "would buy again" offering. Did change out both X95 and T7 trigger guard for the non-protected hand barless style available on IWI web site. Just my preference. Only disappointment is the TS-12 not having a removable magazine as on the SRM1216……and the "unobtainiumness" of T7 20" barrel kit. Get a Z15, you won't be disappointed, especially for the price.

  3. The only reason it’s not as expensive as BCM is due to barrel and BCG. Put a BCM BCG in it and a DD barrel or other chrome lined barrel and you have a $1,800 gun for $1,300.

  4. What's your opinion of the Zion pistol 12.5 in with the same midlength gas system. I bought that. Seems to shoot well. Just curious on your thoughts

  5. Been around 3 of these rifles . All were bought 2+ yrs ago . They just work and shoot great . The factory triggers in the early guns are really nice . No creep , break super clean at 5lbs or so . Seen several guys put the factory triggers back in after buying alg’s . These rifles are on par with 1100-1200 rifles. And are selling now for under 800 . Have to spend a lot more money to get a better rifle . IMO

  6. I've been a pistol guy my whole life… Like I've LITERALLY only ever done mindless magdumps with every rifle I've ever touched…. If you just handed me a rifle I couldn't tell you what part was what, so I'm not kidding when I say I'm purely a pistol guy…. But after 20 years of owning just pistols, I figured it was time and have been researching…I think this may be my first… Was considering getting something not so traditional since EVERYONE and their mama have this platform, but figured the traditional DI, upper and lower AR 15 like this was the way to go… Still considering a Sig400 or a Bren 2 along with this guy though…

  7. Bought one. Looks great and feels good. But after a couple of hundred rounds fresh out of the box, the trigger sticks and needs to be plucked to get it to reset. Furthermore, neither my ex Marine buddy nor I could ever get anything close to MOA accuracy using two different rounds with sand bags. I will be selling it likely soon for a different brand. Buyers remorse.

  8. Mr.Sootch, excellent review as always. I find the IWI weapons to far exceed the reliability in many much higher cost guns. I would always have the IWIs as my go to
