lol it's clearly a real eotech dude it has made in the usa sticker none of the replica have it not even the holy warrior s1, and the rear glass sits a little bit further forward and none of the replica again have this details
A fake eotech normally would have darker lenses, no eotech licence/ logo and just generally wouldn’t look as cool as this

It's real. The reticle is fuzzy because the camera isn't focused on the background. There also isn't the hideous tint that you get on the fake ones.

Should get a fake and compare the two.
One easy way to tell is that the rear lens is pretty recessed on a real eotech. Dummies will have the glass pretty flush with the rear in comparison.

It's real because it says Eotech, it's a proprietary trademark for the name and the product. Most repro Eotech's or 55X styled sights often say that they're not Eotech but simply some sort of holographic and almost are always rebranded.
