John and Curt sit down to talk about the CMMG Dissent.
This is hands down one of the best PDW’s we have tested or shot to date. CMMG brings one of the thinnest PDW’s to market, measuring at 2.75″ wide.
Coming in at 4.6 lbs, this gun is light and easy to manipulate. Making it a great backpack carry option.
What do you think of the CMMG Dissent?

The place that has good ammo deals is making videos, subscribed!
I want to see how it works lacking the traditional buffer tube and weight. I wish yโall woulda popped the detents and showed under the hood too, I appreciate this video though!
Design is nice…but BEWARE:
CMMG does NOT stand behind their products!!
They lack customer service and they're impossible to get a hold of.
I have a Banshee in 5.7 from them. Had some issues and was never able to resolve. They just never got back to me so had to fix myself.
Also their 5.7 mag extensions will fail on you!
CMMG has a long way to go before I would trust their products with my life.
That barrel length for 556 makes no sense. Just a really loud flame throwing 22 magnum at that point. 7.62×39 would the best caliber for this size along with 300bo, theyโre pretty much the same round.
