  1. I have an 80$ pair of Bushnell perma focus binos. And I must say they are awesome. Automatically chrystal clear no focusing needed. I've compared them to a 1200 dollar pair of binos and the difference was almost unnoticeable

  2. Bushnell binoculars I found a new 49×50 for something like that in trash, was a 500$ pair and they didn’t focus at all and woundered why someone else threw them away 😂

  3. You left out something very important. The Vortex VIP warranty. It tips the balance against all the other binoculars. Lifetime, no questions asked, transferable warranty. I have had occasion to use it twice. Once on a Diamondback 3x9x40 scope. Left my rifle case on my tailgate when i left the gun range. Case fell off at 55mph. Scope and rifle destroyed. Sept 2012. Called Vortex. They rmailed me a shipping label. I was honest about what happened. The woman said "ok send it in." Ten days later, not business days, consecutive, I had a brand new scope. I have since sold all my Leupolds. Second time was a pair of Viper HD binos, last year. Thieves broke into my storage unit, stole stuff, for some reason threw my Vortex Viper binos repeatedly on the concrete. Called Vortex, replaced in 16 days, no questions asked. $600 binos. Customer for life.
After three times experiencing Leupold limited, non transferable, 2 year "warranty," Leupold lost my business forever. And you know what? Vortex has never let me down, and buying one scope or one bino from them is buying it for the life of the company. Free replacements. Completely worth the little issues you run into with all optics.
