Flexible assembly injection molding with VPower machine
The innovative 2-bar-rotary table concept of the VPower ensures best accessibility while the rotary tables are designed for oscillating 2-station operation as well as for rotary 2-, 3- or 4-station operation. On a VPower 120/130H/210V, a 2+2-cavity mold is used to produce a plug for the automotive industry from PA and TPE. The line is equipped with a Scara robot and a WITTMANN WX142 linear robot, which insert the wrap pins, transfer the preforms, then remove and deposit the finished parts.
