  1. Good luck trying to get phone support. I had a simple question about a part number & 3 times the guy on the phone "suggested" I use chat instead of him giving me the info. NOT impressed.

  2. I'm on my second Aero AR build right now. Built a 6.8spc with a 11.3" sbr. Still waiting on a BCG for that. But I picked up a M4E1 builders set that I'm putting a 13.9" ballistic advantage 5.56 barrel and going to pin and weld the break on to make it 16".

  3. I have a hard time differentiating Aeroprecision from something high end. The quality is top-notch especially considering the price point. I just got an 8 inch 300 black out upper from them in Magpul FDE Cerakote and it works so darn well. I got an Aeroprecision M4E1 Stripped Lower Receiver – FDE Cerakote a few months ago. I got my tax stamp back to make it an SBR. I did replace the gas block with an adjustable gas block, but that’s just me. I don’t like rifles that aren’t tuned and have a ton of gas in your face when you suppress them. Although it would work perfectly fine with the standard. Overall I can’t be any more pleased with my poor man’s Q HoneyBadger. With the tax stamp included the entire build ran me $1450. Not bad when you consider a HoneyBadger’s is $3000 plus a tax stamp.

  4. I recently purchased an EPC 9, Black Friday couldn’t pass it up. However I’m having a hard time finding Glock mags in the 30 round capacity. I purchased an RWB magazine off the CF website but it sticks in the mag well a bit. Anyone having this issue?

  5. Save yourself the time and money and do not purchase this PCC. I went to test fire my newly built EPC today at work. We utilize Speer gold dot 124gr +P JHP ammo. It would only fire one round and then instantly jam on the second one. It did this repeatedly no matter how many times I tried to clear it reload and fire. Frustrated I packed it up and decided to call Aero. Whoever their so-called tech rep is told me that PCC’s are not designed to handle hollow point Ammo and I should only use ball ammo. Huh? Why didn’t Aero tell anyone this beforehand? If I’d known this I would’ve saved my money and bought a CMMG banshee like my buddy. He feeds it ANY avail 9mm ammo and it eats EVERYTHING- ball or HP ammo. Never mind that the Aero “tech guy” apparently doesn’t have a clue. At my job we run HK MP5s with the same JHP +P Ammo and they run flawlessly. When I told him that he acted surprised. I guarantee he isn’t a shooter and definitely doesn’t own a EPC-9. Aero knows about this issue because upon looking online there are tons of blogs and articles about this problem. Luckily I was referred to Rudy at Macon Armory in Georgia who knows the issue and can fix the barrel. Apparently it’s a design flaw that prevent Las proper feed of HP ammo. If it can be fixed ($160) why doesn’t Aero do the right thing and correct this?!?! Up until now I’ve been an Aero fan but this has me rethinking such support. Save your money and the headaches and do not buy an Aero EPC.

  6. I’m building an Aero M5 enhanced right now….and it’s all your fault. I subscribed and started watching your videos.. My barrel is the Wilson Combat Super Sniper 20” with adjustable gas block. I’m using Strike Industries components, Geissele Super Dynamic Combat trigger, Aero BCG and gonna try the Kynshot hydraulic buffer. This is my first build.

  7. My initial experience with Aero has been pretty fuckin POOR. They arent all that far from me here in WA…..
    ~Missing parts in new M5 LP kit…
~9 email Areo adverts sent to me in 5 days, but sent em 2 emails as to missing M5 LPK & nothing but the sound of CRICKETS…
~Aero M5/308 Lower CANNOT be pinned to other AR10/Windham/ect uppers, as the Aero front pivot pin is TOO BIG to even fit?!….-NEVER seen that before!
~Do I need to DRIVE there to speak to a REAL PERSON?!

  8. My Aero Precision build is smooooth.. Aero everything w/ba ss 223 wylde vg6 brake fab def stock radian charger troy irons vtx shake awake green dot spikes buffer& flat spring

  9. Forward assists are as necessary as iron sights. Depending on what you're doing, is depending on whether you need it. Iron sights aren't necessary for everyone. Neither is a forward assist. UNLESS…. your life depends on it (LE, MIL, ect). In that case you need both imo.

  10. I work for Aero Precision, DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. The company has weighed making products that are WAY out of spec, to the point of being dangerously large or small (e.g. gas blocks that will not have a proper gas tube fit), versus putting a little bit of time and money into doing it properly, and decided that putting your safety and your firearm on the line is cheaper for them than making a quality product.

  11. I absolutely love everything I've got from Aero Precision, plus they offer a military discount on their site so a little extra savings always helps! Their lowers have been great, the threaded rollpin areas are freakin fantastic and I really dig their handguards. I have both the Atlas R on a 16" and Atlas S on my 12.5" and they're beautiful! I am waiting on a Areo/Thunder Ranch lower I just ordered last week and can't wait!

  12. Despite being from a state with the most Liberal of Liberal politicians, (that absolutely hates everything about Aero), just a fantastic company that makes the best bang for your buck in the industry. I have a few Aero's, a BCM, a DD, and a POF. If you didn't know one was 699.99, and the rest were all over 1500.00, you wouldn't know which was which for the most part.

  13. AP as a company has BLOWN UP! During the gun pandemic it took me SIX MONTHS just to get an AP AR15 slick side upper.

I am NOT an M4e fan at all. I like their Milspec stuff soo much better.

My fave lower is the STS AR15 lower. it has markings for Short Throw Safeties. It has been UNOBTAINALBE for over a year now. I had to settle for gasp…ANDERSON for the first time in my life, sob.
