Possible bad ejector spring after only 450 rounds of perfect running? Thats just pathetic CMMG :/ Notice the terrible ejection angle/force and empty case following the bolt all the way back and bouncing around inside the chamber where it doesnt belong. This Upper (which came with the BCG) was purchased just 2 months ago.
UPDATE: It was indeed a bad ejector spring. Once replaced, it came roaring back to life throwing those shells out with serious force in a nice 3:00 arc about 5ft and no more failures. Apparently this is a design flaw with the CMMG delayed blowback systems. So we now keep extra ejection springs on hand as they are fairly simple to change out.
