To defend my house. I 'd use hers. If I had to battle zombies I'd definitely go sling and mags.

Now the real question is how will they hold up to a stress test? Maybe not some crazy gauntlet but more than just a few boxes at the range

Just made a build with 3 p-mags, Magpul qd sling, Sig Romeo, complete anderson lower, 16 m-lok upper, Magpul stock, nickel boron bolt, vertical grip & Prisma flip ups for $860… I got ya'll beat

Two mags is a minimum just to walk across the street.

I would take the second one. – the red dot with a carry handle and extra mags.

To date, I've never done a piston build. But that being said, I really like the look of Kaydi's pistol build. It's very sweet.
As far as the competition, I'd say Clint's rifle will probably be the better shooter accuracy wise, but Kaydi's pistol is the more handy compact rifle so allowances can be made there.
Definitely looking forward to part 2 and YES PLEASE LET KAYDI DO A BREN/SCAR COMPARISON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely. It's really interesting to get a new shooters perspective and that seems like a logical video to do.

Good vid, but I was hoping for a post gun build, meaning, you both start with the same gun as the baseline and build out from there. Maybe that could be a future video?

Clint, I am as big on the “aesthetics” on my builds and guns as well – you want the Porsche body to match the Porsche engine. LOL

Clint, why on earth did you spend 218 on a sling? You could have gotten an optic with that money or a better trigger.
