  1. As an end user in a daily and tactical application …

Streamlight punches well above its weight class … although I still prefer the SF X300U for pistols as the Streamlight switch battery cover is the Achilles …their rifle lights are extremely affordable and rugged … and Streamlights customer service is exceptional

  2. Yes get a lumen measure! Though my understanding from LED lights on my vehicles is lumens is one thing but candelas is what makes it more intense. Someone correct me if I am wrong on that. Also yes please do a plain Jane pistol vs one with red dot and lights on it! That would be great cause I have a red dot and tlr8g on my pistol😂 cause why not

  3. Top 5 lights tested: (both rifle and pistol lights, probably 2 shows)
    Lumens vs what is advertised
Battery life (how much do the lumens change after 1 hour, 2 hours, etc)
Own a TLR6 on my PC Shield (Gen 1) but need to add a light to the other members of my ever growing family. 😉

  4. Got my HLX from Cloyd Defense with there Light Control System (LCS) it makes the cable snag less without using zip tie's also got an Arisaka mount which puts it up close to the front iron site.

  5. I just recently came across your channel doing some research for my first AR purchase next month, and I just gotta say, you guys friggin' rock! I've learned so much from watching your channel. You guys Are down to earth, and give real reviews on the guns in my budget range. All the other YouTube channels are trying to get me to spend $1000-$1500 on a rifle, and I just don't have that kind of money.

  6. So about the TLR-1HL
I was doing some night shooting and I had my scorpion with an Olight mini Odin apparently rated at 1200ish lumens.
I also had my G17 with the TLR-1 HL.
I turned on the lights side by side and the streamlight blew the Olight out of the water. Literally 2x brighter with a whiter light. I’m now replacing that Olight lol so yes I think the TLR-1 HL is 1000 lumens and Olight lies about their lumen ratings

  7. My protac hl-x survived two hours in a °200f industrial mixer for almost two hours after I pumped of the goo I retrieved it out of basket strainer that boy was still lit up and ready to rock can't beat em they are the best
