It took almost 2 years but I finally finished a review for the CMMG conversion bolt!

They are on sale for $160 at PSA
Thank You Sir! I like those conversions. Don't forget your T/CR22 ππ― I like loading the conversion mags with the loader Pops Quest showed: the "Lightnin Grip" from McFadden Machine. They have separate adapters for various magazines. It is cheaper to buy directly from them than Amazon. McFadden ships just fast or faster. ππΊπΈ #22aday
If you wanna give a go at 3d printing one again try e sun pla+ and print the upper and lower for the sg22. I have 1k+ rounds through mine and no problems. The first one I printed failed after a couple hundred rounds at the barrel nut. The 2nd one I jb welded at the barrel nut and it's extremely solid. I see almost no wear now after over 1k rounds.
Thanks…
Good info, intro was weak, LOL !!!!!!!!!!
The only thing I dont like about the cmmg is there is no last round bolt hold open
CMMG .22LR conversion parts are top notch! Been using their dedicated bolt/barrel setup for many years now with 100% success. Thousands of suppressed rounds through that 4.5" setup. The only thing I have yet to try out is their magazines…I've always run the BlackDog magazines, but should grab some of the CMMG mags.
Good morning brother.
My brother-in-law has one of those for each 223/556 rifle the owns. I wonder how an old school 1:12 twist rate barrel would work for accuracy.
