It's really helpful to watch all the slight issues with assembly. That way we know that we are on the right path. When you watch an assembly vid and everything goes perfectly smooth, it makes it difficult to know if the process is correct. Thank you.

Bcm complete uppers are a bitch to breakdown. I literally had to use a blowtorch just to melt some of the lock tight that was in it and some major pressure to loosen everything up.

Put upper in freezer. After one hour remove, put in fixture heat up install end of guard and slip on. Let upper come up to room temp and then install bolts.
What are you guys saying when youre talking over each other 4:05 in. Its in the vise and you slide the upper and barrel over it. seems like some sort of guide

That BCM KMR Alpha rail is nice I have a 17" on my Daniel Defense mk12 barrel fits nice great look

Can you swap a free float handguard to a magpul?
I put an Aero Precision handguard on my rifle. Super tight machining. I can't tell where the upper ends and the handguard begins. I do have old eyes though…….
I dont know why when i put the handguard on the accuracy is gone. I shot at 100 yard without the handguard on is like .3 inches spread. With handguard i get like 3 inch grouping.

Worst hand gaurd I ever installed. The long locking bolts ride against the gas tube while trying to install them. The barrel nut is way too tight. They are right the whole handgaurd is a pain in the bass
