  1. Any videos on the FN loaded subsonic for the 5.7? I was curious about the comparison to 22LR. I remember it was either Fackler or Roberts that noted the inferior wounding of subsonic spitzer shaped bullets due to unreliable expansion/tumbling (not an issue with some of the bullet tech we have today), which then leaves you with a bullet with a tiny meplat that icepicks through with a wound channel that is actually smaller than your usual 22 caliber rimfire. Armor penetration is clearly a plus of the 5.7, but I wanted to know about the wounding and terminal characteristics.

Bullets that expand (Maker bullets) or those that are loaded in reverse have better and more reliable terminal performance than tumbling bullets, so we have that option if hand loading.

  2. Amazing content as always, nothing better than a new 5.7 video to watch the week of shot show. I'm so proud to have that image featured in the video. This is such a cool community and I can't wait to see what's next. The new 5.7 pistol from PSA is very exciting and I can't wait to see your review.
