I like it and it is definitely a cool gun…me personally I'll probably wait till there's more ammo availability and when there's also a handgun chambered in 4.6mm. I like to have a "companion" handgun chambered in the same caliber as my pcc for "just in case" scenarios especially when it's in a not so common caliber…but that's just me. For example I bought the cmmg banshee in 5.7 the same time when the Ruger 57 was released and I love them both. I also bought a Henry lever action .44mag (with the side gate loader) and a Taurus 44 in .44mag revolver same time…but that's just part of my OCD please don't judge me! 😁
Could you buy just the upper and put it on the any cal. Ar pistol lowers made by other companies?

I don't know why someone doesn't make an AR style carbine in 22 TCM either in the 40 gr or 39 gr version. More powerful than the 50 gr punch you mentioned as it reaches 2000 fps out of a pistol and perhaps 2400 to 2800 fps out of a rifle barrel, hence more energy. The 39gr version even fits in standard 9mm mags. Only the barrel will need to be different.

One thing I haven’t seen much exploration on is 9mm major. I’m curious why there hasn’t been a carbine built around the round ? I’ve done some playing around with my G19 ( built and tuned specifically around my personal fav 9mm major manufacturers’ round in 125gr ) and had some pretty impressive velocities scream out of that bad boi ( 1540FPS average). I can only imagine with a few more inches of barrel this would increase yeah ? Would be a cool build for sure 🤩
