The Colt/Metalform magazine follower does not sit up near as high as the ASC/CPD follower, I would expect with your new Colt/Metalform RDB upgrade kit, that the Colt/Metalform magazine follower would not get caught up on the bolt. If you end up getting the RDB upgrade kit for ASC/CPD magazines, please post a video of the differences of the feed ramp, bolt stop, and mag catch of the original MK9 parts, and both RDB kits.
I just got a new MK9 blowback and it feeds well from both the Metalform and CPD mags. LRBHO only works with the Metalform. With the CPD mag, the bolt slams into the back of the plastic follower after the last round. I would like to know if your MK9 LRBHO worked with both Metalform and CPD (Duramag) magazines. The followers are so different that I am surprised that they could both work properly in the same gun. In mine, the LRBHO looks like it would work with the CPD if the long finger was a little longer. It reaches the tab on the back of the Metalform follower OK.
