California Governor Says He Will Restrict AR-15s Using Texas Abortion Law Tactics
California Governor Gavin Newsom is threatening to propose a gun control law in his state modeled on Texas’s abortion ban.
Newsom released a statement after the supreme court decided to uphold Texas’s abortion law saying,” if states can now shield their laws from review by the federal courts that compare assault weapons to Swiss Army knives, then California will use that authority to protect people’s lives, where Texas used it to put women in harm’s way.
“I have directed my staff to work with the Legislature and the Attorney General on a bill that would create a right of action allowing private citizens to seek injunctive relief, and statutory damages of at least $10,000 per violation plus costs and attorney’s fees, against anyone who manufactures, distributes, or sells an assault weapon or ghost gun kit or parts in the State of California. If the most efficient way to keep these devastating weapons off our streets is to add the threat of private lawsuits, we should do just that.”

The governors of California, Oregon, Washington are corrupt and doing unconstitutional things to there states people, so why is there a reign of corrupt leaders trying to take our safety away and or rights seems like there want us to rely on an unpredictable way where i have to show my physical proof of an unauthorized/unconstitutional identification search. To even go into a store. Alots messed up with the world im keeping my safety in my hands.
I think they need to think about the perspective of what wants to do abortion laws will protect lives if done correctly and firearms will save lives if used correctly becoming easier and easier to see who the evil is here and it ain't Texas

Technically its possible for a person/s to render small arms fire ineffective against certain targets through engineering not law.
