I like to apply some grease on the threads to help the paint from scratching and also helps when taking the buffer tube off. You can also apply grease to the inside of the tube to help the spring sound and dampen it a bit.

NICE I'm going to order the same but the castle nut is the V2 with the receiver extension… glad to see red as that is what I wanted to checkout. Hope the parts are still working as they should be.
Hey I just got the same setup. I got a quick question. Did you use the armorers wrench to tighten the enhanced castle nut? I saw reports that the wrench could mess that castle nut up. Thanks for any help
