As always great info sir!!! Spert On!!!
Heading out to low light training tomorrow. Can't wait to tryout my new slings and Bravo concealment holster.
Thanks for your hard work Mr. M
Good grief, Brother! You're about to become a historian of small arms and their tactical employment dependent on the environment. Thank you for the explanation and differences between services. I lived in an underwater welded pipe for some of my lifetime. Though our defense tactics were different, I do question the arsenal we used to carry. The home advantage did play a significant role. Almost a hide and go seek game.
Keep pushin' out content, brother! Much appreciated.

I've got one of the magpul two point slings that you can just grab the strap to tighten or loosen, works okay and I've gotten good with it but I've it's just never quite right and buckles galore.
I like the bungee idea a lot so will likely down the road switch it out and put that magpul on a hunting rifle instead since it would be more a set it and forget it set up.
There are many reasons to use a high ready and low ready. CQB has a lot to do with choice of muzzle position. First man in stack can roll low ready, but number 2,3,4, etc all roll high ready to avoid flagging issues. High ready is faster into action in CQB when your teammates are in front of you. High ready vs low ready has to do with the situation and task at hand. And i would recommend you check out combative low ready position as this is the modern day teaching. The low ready you are showing is decades old and out dated.

I call that a c*nt hair. Lol
I have one of your black 2-point slings on my 16" rifle and one of your OD single-points on my 5.56 PDW pistol build. Two different slings for two different purposes. They are awesome!
