  1. I really wish you guys would go make a in-depth video, in it you would explain the differences between the triggers barrels grips basically every single thing and really get into it, what does it mean to have an enhanced M-16 bolt carrier group, what does 416 R stainless steel barrel mean, Is it a bull barrel is it a pencil barrel? What’s the difference between all of them, what does it mean to have a single stage trigger? In the video I want to see you would specifically go over the difference is down to the very detail between the Saint Victor and this standard Saint pistol, I bought this pistol shown in this video because I thought it was the Saint Victor. Your website did not have this pistol listed until recently and even then it is very vague about the specifics, because of the forward blast diverter and barrel length after researching your entire website last November I just saw that it had to be the Saint Victor. It was not until I noticed that the triggers were different that I realized I had bought a different pistol. Don’t get me wrong I love it to death it is my absolute favorite but my comment is to point out the lack of comparable information between your firearms. On a sidenote this video says that the pistol grip is a bravo Company mod3 , My pistol grip on my pistol is not bravo Company, it’s Magpul MOE, you could explain in the video why someone might receive one and not the other. Thank you I’ll look forward to seeing this video as I am very interested in these topics. On a separate note I contacted your Facebook page in an attempt to discover these differences, they directed me to customer service I explained to the representative I had researched your entire website and could not find a pistol that I had, instead of having any knowledge of the product what so ever he simply read the website off to me. I was extremely disappointed that he had no idea what I was talking about, I expected to talk to somebody who was so familiar with the product That he would just know. So shame on him for being helpless.

  2. They may have redeemed themselves in my eyes if they had presented a 7.62 x 51mm (.308 Winchester) Saint Rifle. You see I purchased the original Saint in 5.56 which is now referred to as the starter rifle. The, new and improved?, 5.56 has a floating hand guard and flip up front sight, and a couple of bolts. I would have preferred the flip up front sight rather than the (Colt) military immobile on the original. The fact that they put out the new and improved version only months after the initial offering really burns me. Therefore, there is nothing in a 5.56 pistol they can impress me with. Wait a couple of months and they'll put out a pistol caliber like FN. I have talked up Springfield Armory for the past (50) fifty years. That has come to an end. Their Marketing and Customer Service Departments have really gone down hill in my opinion. I choose to spend my money elsewhere from now on.
