What’s the difference between a Ar-15 a1 and a m16 a1?
I built my AR15 just like the M16A1 as well. I just love the history and nostalgia it shows off from the old school design. I love it to death. All the new ar15s are cool as hell, but the old Vietnam Era design has to be my favorite of them all.

Nice job, who made the lower receiver? I did the tha same witha Rock River A2. I put on the early era 3 prong flash hider. I also have the tear drop forward assist. My pistol grip, like yours, is not yet changed over to period correct, but soon.

What is the twist ratio on the barrel? I know that the old pencil barrels were 1:12", but I've heard that these C15's have new manufactured 1:9" pencil barrels.
