Streamlight Stylus Pro Review – EDC for Work and Play

The Streamlight Stylus Pro is in my mind a contender for the epitome of the working man’s flashlight alongside historical champions such as the Mini Maglite. Not to be mistaken with flashlights that the military or police uses, this review is geared towards the common laborer. At a svelte 5.3″ x .6″, aluminum body and weighing only 1.64 oz, the Stylus Pro makes a great addition to your everyday kit. After three years and two Stylus Pros, I wholeheartedly suggest this purchase.

HOWEVER, all things on Youtube are merely a snapshot in time. Maglite has recently added new Mini Mags to their lineup with more lumens and almost the same run time. Does that mean the Stylus Pro will be dethroned as my de facto light? Only time will tell!

  1. Go check out HarryCo4's mag lite video the mag lite has features that I never thought even exist! For example the mini mag lite has spare LEDs on the end cap and you can even unscrew the thing on the front and put it on the end cap and it stands up like a candle!
